At Jinny Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return eligible beauty products in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
